This bento uses plenty of sweetfish, including salt-grilled sweetfish, sweetfish simmered in sweet syrup, and sweetfish nanbanzuke. Our head chef, Ogawa, is a Japanese chef who honed his skills at a famous Japanese restaurant for 15 years. Please try the cormorant fishing bento "Takumi", which Ogawa has prepared with great skill.

Our hotel's top-class cormorant fishing bento is "Gokusho." It is a luxurious bento that incorporates sweetfish and Hida beef. The sweetfish dishes include salt-grilled sweetfish, sweetfish simmered in syrup, pickled sweetfish, and sweetfish rice. The Hida beef dish is roast beef made with the highest-grade Hida beef.
